but by the seeds you plant."

–Robert Louis Stevenson

Our
Story

The Italian-Canadian Community Foundation was created in 1975 by visionary members of the Italian community who sought to foster change and positive growth close to home. The founders were Alfredo Campo, Hon. Pietro Rizzuto and Marc Donolo.

Since its inception, the Foundation has distributed over $26 million in support of over 160 charitable, social and cultural organizations. Thanks to the support and philanthropic efforts of our donors, we have been able to respond to community needs and create partnerships with institutions for various projects.

Today, there is no doubt that the Foundation occupies a prominent place in the Italian community as a philanthropic leader. A past like FCCI's promises an equally successful future for the community.

Our
Mission

Our mission is to raise funds and awareness to support organizations contributing to the prosperity of the present and future generations of the Italian-Canadian community.
